Non-standard mail that weighs between 100 and 200gram or up to 40 paper sheets will cost $3.19 for sending within Canada, $5.57 for delivery within the United States, and $11.14 for posting internationally. To send to the United States is $3.19 and elsewhere internationally is $6.49 Weighing up 100 grams or comprising up to 20 paper sheets is charged at $1.94 for delivery anywhere in Canada. The postal rates for non-standard and oversize mail are as follows: If the item is larger than the maximum dimensions, you will need to use the Canada Post parcel services. The maximum size is 380 mm x 270 mm (15 inches x 10.6 inches). Oversize or non-standard size envelopes and postcards will cost you more in postage. You would either have to do that or take your packages to the post office, I think.Postage items that don’t fit within the dimensions of standard size mail will be defined as oversize. I'm not sure if you can buy labels for oversized lettermail here, but I suspect not since Cindy-Lou is ordering stamps online. Chit-Chat's allows me to print both so when I buy Canadian postage with tracking, I do so through Chit-Chat's. You would have the opposite situation- you can print Canada Post labels on Etsy but not US Postal Service labels. I'm able to print USPS postage from my Etsy account but can't print Canada Post labels. I'm probably not the best person to ask about buying Canadian postage here on Etsy since I started my Etsy shop in the US. I would only really insist on springing for tracking on higher-cost/OOAK items you can't replace if they get lost in the mail. Since you're not boxing your pins though, you should be fine just doing what Cindy-Lou said & shipping by oversized lettermail (Canada Post). I'm afraid I've never used calculated shipping since there is so little variation in the size of my packages. Chit-Chat's was still operating when Canada Post wasn't and it's still operating now. I LOVE Chit-Chat's & wish I'd switched sooner! That last postal strike was the final straw for me and I haven't looked back since. If you have an account with Chit-Chat's you can print postage directly from their website, for those shipments. For reference, the slot of doom is about 3/4" (19mm) thick. Just ask at your PO & see if they might have an old one they're willing to give you. I was able to get an old one from my local post office years ago. If you prefer to just use Canada Post, you may want to get a sizing template. If you want to box your pins and still ship them as oversized lettermail within Canada, you should probably switch to un-padded poly (plastic) envelopes so the packages fit through the slot. The only things worth using Canada Post for are items going overseas & un-tracked items staying in Canada (not going to the US). It's a LOT cheaper than Canada Post and you don't have to worry about that ridiculous "slot of doom"! I sell small things too but the minute you put a box inside a bubble envelope, it's too thick to fit as an "oversized lettermail" item and must ship as regular parcel (which has tracking but expensive). I use Chit-Chat's for all my tracked Canadian & US-bound orders. I don't see a location on your shop but the map below looks like Toronto (where I am). One can check the status of the warranty of their printer by clicking here. If all steps have been performed, then one would have to consider the options at hand. The document can be found by clicking here. I would advise checking through and making sure all steps are performed. There is a document that addresses troubleshooting this type of error, however, for the B210. I see you have done much troubleshooting to address this issue. This normally is an indication of a hardware malfunction in the ink system of the printer, either printhead or internal portion of the ink system in the printer.
